How Many Bartenders Will I Need?
To keep the drinks flowing and the lines short, we staff our events based on guest count to ensure efficient, friendly service throughout your event. We strongly recommend:

Up to 125 guests – 1 bartender

126–150 guests – 2 bartenders
-
151–175 guests – 3 bartenders
-
176+ guests – 3+ bartenders (staffed based on final headcount and bar service needs)
This structure helps us maintain quick service, so your guests spend more time enjoying the party—not waiting for a drink!
